By creating an account or using Urbem ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Urbem is a travel discovery application that uses artificial intelligence to recommend local places and experiences. The App provides curated suggestions based on publicly available data and AI analysis.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it as needed. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, including saved gems and future reviews. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use this content to improve our services and provide personalized recommendations.
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device Settings.
6. AI-Generated Content
Recommendations and scores are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be considered professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of any recommended places. Always verify information independently before visiting.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to attempting to access other users' data, interfering with the service, creating fake accounts, or using the App for any illegal purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to experiences at recommended locations.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email.
